The Spymaster General invites all NXNE Interactive Festival attendees to join in a social media game running throughout the 3 days of the event.
NXNEi assassin is a game played simultaneously online and in the real world. The object of the game is to assassinate your Targets, and be the last person standing at the end of the game. The game will take place at the NXNE Interactive conference, June 14-16 2010.
To sign up to play NXNEi assassin, please opt-in by sending an email to nxneinteractive@theblogstudio.com: include your name, email address and Twitter handle. Next make sure you are following @NXNEi on twitter. Shortly, you will receive a confirmation email with complete rules for NXNEi assassin, as well as your first Target.
There are two ways to Assassinate your Target.
1. Through trickery, subterfuge and clever ruses, get your Target to Tweet your Twitter handle along with the Hashtag #nxnei
2. Locate your target at the NXNE Interactive conference, take their picture and upload it to Twitter with the Hashtag #nxnei
Once either of these two objectives is accomplished, and seen live on the #nxnei hashtag, your target will be considered Assassinated and you will receive a new target via Twitter DM. The cycle of Assassination will continue until there is just one player left, or the conference ends at Midnight on June 16, 2010. If there is more than one player left standing, and the game ends, the remaining players will be entered in a random drawing for the grand prize.
During the game, a running commentary, score sheet, updates and game gossip will be posted to the #nxnei hashtag by the Spymaster General.
