NXNE 2010 transitioned tonight from a wildly successful (and sold-out) Interactive conference into five days of Music and Film. Kicking things off at the Courthouse were K-os, Kathleen Edwards, and the Arkells, all celebrating NXNE and the Juno Awards Opening Night, presented by our good friends at the OMDC. More pics here.
Later, everyone wandered up to the Phoenix for NXNE Opening Night presented by Virgin Mobile, featuring the Eagles of Death Metal. Those old enough to remember were having wonderful Molly Hatchet flashbacks as the kick drum thudded and young ladies tossed bras onstage.
