Easy Wanderlings
Easy Wanderlings represent a new wave of Indian independent music, blending soul, pop, and R&B influences. Their EP Caught in a Parade was named the best Indian EP of 2022 by Rolling Stone India. The single “Enemy,” taken from the EP, explores themes of cancel culture and freedom of expression, combining soul and folk elements into a thought-provoking sonic journey. The track was featured in the Amazon Original film Gehraiyaan, starring Deepika Padukone.
Another single from the EP, “Mayflower,” was included in Apple Music India’s 100 Best Songs of 2022. Easy Wanderlings have performed extensively across India at major venues and festivals, including Lollapalooza, Bacardi NH7 Weekender, and VH1 Supersonic. The band was also invited to perform at the SXSW Music Festival in Austin in 2020.
