SHOW DAY INFORMATION

Sorry but there is NO formal soundcheck. However, if you’re all ready to go on stage with a few minutes to spare, our awesome sound tech staff will help you set your levels in record time, and so subtly the audience won’t even notice. 

• Venues have limited green room and storage space, please only bring what you will need on show day.

• You may load into the venue at your designated load in time provided by the NXNE Venue Coordinator

• You must arrive at the venue 1 hour before your set time and check in with the door person and stage manager (they will be wearing an NXNE Crew shirt to make them easy to identify) There are NO exceptions and if a band/artist misses its check-in with the venue, they will be replaced.

• Each performance is 40 minutes long with a HARD STOP, non-negotiable.

• You will be given a warning at the 30 minute mark, and again at the 35 minute mark. Once you hit 40 minutes you will be stopped. (It’s happened!) 

• NXNE strictly adheres to set times and lengths to ensure all acts successfully perform in their time slots. The domino effect of one performance being delayed destroys festival scheduling and does not happen.
