Bridget Ball is a pop artist and songwriter whose work is driven by emotional depth, intentionality, and lived experience. She began writing music as a child, including one of her first songs for her mother on Mother’s Day, and quickly developed a strong connection to songwriting as a way to process and understand her inner world. Her approach to music is centered on capturing emotion at its core. Rather than writing strictly from events, Bridget focuses on expressing what those moments feel like—especially when emotions are too complex or overwhelming to articulate directly. Her songs translate those experiences into something clear, grounded, and widely relatable.
Music has always been a constant in her life. Sitting at the piano and writing became a natural form of expression long before she had language for her identity or experiences. That instinctive connection continues to shape her creative process today. Bridget experiences the world with heightened emotional intensity and perception. This perspective is central to her work, informing both her songwriting and the way she connects with listeners. Alongside that emotional depth, her artistry is guided by a strong sense of intention. She believes that joy and meaning are things we actively create, even when they don’t come easily.
